Three-day structure

Day 1: adult learning, objectives, session design and facilitator preparation.

Day 2: delivery, engagement, role-play, difficult moments and coaching.

Day 3: assessment, consistency, certification standards and final practicum.

Certification standard

Candidates are evaluated on preparation, accuracy, structure, clarity, audience engagement, questioning, time management, practice leadership, coaching, professionalism and adherence to the approved curriculum.

Attendance alone does not guarantee certification. Certification requires demonstrated performance against published standards.
